These painted wooden crates make the perfect feature wall and display shelving all in one. Create your own pattern and use whatever colours take your fancy. But dont put your favourite gooodies up the top …
After two days of rain our little crew is starting to bounce of the walls with pent up energy so I think we’re going to need a bit of this “quiet spray” at bedtime. You can whip up your own version with a couple of drops of lavender in a spray bottle of water. Works a treat to help the little darlings (and even mama) relax.
Another great idea is the Monster Spray – terribly handy if your little ones have nasties hiding under their bed or in their wardrobe.
What other sprays would you find handy at your place?
Kids sharing a space can be tricky, particularly if there is an age gap or they are different genders. Check out this quirky and oh-so-fabulous room being shared by a boy and girl.
Avoiding “themes”, using white as the base and adding so much colour gives each bed and surrounding space its own sense of style, without clashing.
Do your kids share a room? How do you make it work?
Those of you who have followed us on facebook for the past couple of years know we love a bit of interior design eye candy. Especially, of course, when it comes to spaces for kids.
We are loving the use of two different rugs to define the space, great storage options and a fab yellow airplane to boot!
